Coming to the U.S. from Perú at just 12 years old, I watched my parents chase the American dream with courage and hope. Like many immigrant families, we started from scratch — building our lives through hard work, faith, and a deep belief in new opportunities.
After earning my degree in Business Administration, I spent several years in Corporate America, working in demand planning and forecasting. Those years gave me structure, precision, and a love for strategy — skills that now shape the way I guide my clients. In 2015, I earned my real estate license, focusing mainly on investment purchases as a side passion. Then, during the pandemic, I decided to take a leap of faith and turn real estate into my full-time career.
Nearly three decades later, Boca Raton has become my forever home. I’ve helped families move across Florida, return to their home countries, or relocate from other states to Palm Beach County — always with a special focus on Boca Raton, the community closest to my heart.
Now, as an empty nester, I see life with new perspective. I understand how priorities evolve — how “home” becomes more about comfort, connection, and peace of mind. Outside of real estate, I love music, good wine, and traveling the world. I’m also deeply committed to giving back to the community — leading beach cleanups, volunteering in my church ministry, and advocating for a mindful, sustainable way of living.
For me, real estate is more than closing a transaction — it’s about helping others find belonging, purpose, and a place to call home under the Florida sun.
I believe in good homes, good people, and good conversations — preferably with a glass of wine.🍷
